Return Policy

ProHealth provides a 100-day 100% satisfaction guarantee for any vitamins and nutritional supplements you are not completely satisfied with. Simply return the unused portion and you will receive a full refund or credit of the product cost (shipping charges are nonrefundable). If available, please include your invoice or packing slip with your return.

For Sales on the Amazon platform, ProHealth works hard to ensure that only authentic, high-quality products reach consumers in the condition we intend. To ensure that we can guarantee quality and authenticity ProHealth does not authorize any 3rd party to sell ProHealth products on Amazon.  As such, for all sales on the Amazon platform, ProHealth offers a 100-day Money Back Guarantee which will NOT be honored without a valid proof of purchase directly from the ProHealth Amazon store-front.


Multi-Packs

ProHealth can only accept returns of multi-packed products (i.e., 2-pack, 3-pack, 6-pack, etc.) if no more than one of the bottles has been opened. All remaining bottles in the multi-pack must be returned in the same condition that you received it, with the manufacturer's seal still in place. (For example, if you return a 3-pack product, 2 of the bottles must be in their original condition with the manufacturer's seal intact.)


Bulk Products

All sales of 100/250/500 gram and 1 kilo bags are final once the bag has been opened.  We will not accept returns of unopened bags after 100 days from the date of your order.  


Lab Tests

These products are non-returnable after the package has been opened.


International Shipments

Re-shipments and refunds for lost shipments will not be issued prior to 6 weeks after the shipment date.
